The President General of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Comrade Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has celebrated former Executive Governor of Rivers State, Dr. Peter Odili, on the occasion of his 78th birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message, Amb. Ibe described Dr. Odili as a visionary leader whose stewardship laid a strong democratic foundation for Rivers State.
“On behalf of my family and the leadership of the Orashi National Congress, I join millions today in proudly honoring His Excellency, Sir Dr. Peter Odili, GSSRS, former Governor of Rivers State, as he marks his 78th birthday,” he said.
The ONC President General praised Dr. Odili’s contributions to governance and development, noting that his leadership continues to inspire generations.
“Sir, your visionary stewardship laid a vibrant democratic foundation for Rivers State and profoundly impacted countless lives. Your exemplary leadership, transformative blueprint for progress, and selfless devotion to our people remain a constant source of inspiration,” Amb. Ibe stated.
He added that the enduring legacy of Dr. Odili’s service has set Rivers State apart, and expressed the gratitude of the Orashi Region for “having a father we are very proud of.”
Amb. Ibe prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the former governor as he marks the new age.
“May Almighty God enrich you with good health, long life, divine wisdom, and strength. May your days ahead be filled with abundant peace and grace.
