The President General of notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Emeni Ibe (JP AP), has on behalf of himself, his team and the people of Orashi region felicitated with Hon. (Barr) Prince Samuel Eyiba, the immediate past Commissioner for Water Resources and Rural Development in Rivers State, on the occasion of his birthday.
