Big Brother Naija is back; registration portal opens

The audition will be held in Lagos, Abuja and Enugu.

About a week after announcing that Big Brother Naija would hit the screens, MultiChoice Nigeria said the registration portal for the 11th season of the widely viewed show is now open.

To audition, interested participants are urged to visit the Big Brother Naija registration portal, fill in their personal details

And choose their preferred date, location and time for the auditions.

The audition will take place from 22 to 24 May and will be held in Lagos, Abuja and Enugu. According to MultiChoice, successful applicants will be contacted via email.

“Audition is free, open only to persons 21 or older, with a valid identity document. Registration portal closes at maximum capacity,” a statement from MultiChoice reads.

Part of the guidelines available on the registration portal warns applicants that it is their responsibility to ensure they do not share their material or information with others at any time before the broadcast of Big Brother Naija 2026.

“The Applicant’s failure to safeguard their audition material and information may lead to automatic exclusion from the audition process.

“Multiple profiles on the audition platform may lead to an automatic disqualification. Once you receive a confirmation of your first application, do not register again,” it reads.

The Big Brother Naija Season 10, dubbed ‘10/10’, ran from 26 July to 5 October, 2025.

It featured 29 housemates (15 women and 14 men) competing for a record-breaking grand prize of ₦150 million (cash and sponsor gifts) over 72 days.

After 10 weeks of the keenly contested show, Opeyemi ‘Imisi’ Ayanwale won the competition, garnering 42.8% of the final votes.

Precious ‘Dede’ Ashiogwu also emerged as the runner-up.

According to report metrics compiled by The Guardian Nigeria, the voting numbers showed the widest margin in BBNaija history.
