CAC management celebrates Registrar-General Magaji, hails transformational leadership

The management of the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC, has celebrated the Registrar-General and Chief Executive Officer of the commission, Hussaini Ishaq Magaji, SAN, on the occasion of his birthday.

The celebration, held at the commission’s headquarters, brought together members of the management team, who praised Mr Magaji’s leadership and contributions to the transformation of the agency.

The management described the Registrar-General as a visionary leader whose commitment to institutional reforms, innovation and improved service delivery had continued to shape the operations of the commission.

Members of the management team also commended Mr Magaji’s dedication to strengthening the CAC and improving its capacity to deliver efficient and responsive services to businesses and other stakeholders across the country.

The occasion featured goodwill messages from members of the management team, who expressed appreciation for the Registrar-General’s leadership and commitment to excellence.

They also wished him continued good health, wisdom and greater accomplishments in his service to the commission and the nation.

Commemorative photographs were taken during the celebration as the management team joined in marking the occasion.

The management said Mr Magaji’s leadership had provided strategic direction for the commission and encouraged efforts aimed at institutional transformation and improved service delivery.

The celebration also provided an opportunity for the management team to recognise the Registrar-General’s contributions to the growth and development of the commission.

Mr Magaji, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, was appointed Registrar-General and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporate Affairs Commission to oversee the administration and operations of the agency.

The CAC is responsible for the incorporation and regulation of companies, business names and incorporated trustees in Nigeria.
