Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State, has nominated eight new Commissioners in a bid to add value to his administration.
Dr Danladi Jatau, the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, announced this while reading Gov. Abdullahi Sule’s letter to House during the its proceedings in Lafia on Wednesday.
The speaker listed the new Commissioners as Muhammad Nagogo from Wamba Local Government Area, LGA, Ahmed Yakubu Mohammed from Lafia LGA, Hon. Mohammed Shehu from Keffi LGA.
Others as Hon. Mohammed Oyigye, Obi LGA, Adamu Kpadji, Wamba LGA, Nawani Aboki from Doma LGA, Jibril Ibrahim, from Nasarawa LGA and Dr Ashefo Daniel from Lafia LGA.
The speaker directed the Clerk of the House to write the Commissioner nominees to submit 30 copies of Curriculum Vitae and appear for their screening on Friday.
The News Agency of Nigeria ( NAN) recalls that on July 22 Sule relieved six commissioners of their appointments as part of a cabinet reshuffle aimed at strengthening his administration.
