Ojaja Mall, a multi-purpose commercial and lifestyle complex owned by Oba Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, Ojaja II CFR has emerged as a major economic and cultural hub in Lagos, reflecting the monarch’s growing footprint in enterprise and development.
Located along the Abraham Adesanya corridor, the expansive facility—commissioned in November 2025—sits on approximately 18,000 square metres of land and houses nearly 300 retail outlets, alongside a range of hospitality and entertainment offerings.
The mall features a diverse mix of businesses, including gyms, salons, eateries, and professional offices, as well as Ojaja More Supermarket, which promotes made-in-Nigeria products. Other attractions include a cinema complex with multiple viewing halls, a gaming arcade, and Ojaja Suites, a hospitality facility furnished largely with locally produced materials.
In addition, the complex hosts Ojaja Cola & Orange, a beverage brand introduced as part of the monarch’s expanding business portfolio, with on-site showroom and storage facilities to support distribution.
Speaking during a media tour, management said the mall is fully operational and designed to function as a hub for commerce, culture, and community engagement. The facility also includes a children’s park, bar and lounge, and office spaces, including a private suite for the monarch.

PRINCESS BIMPE OGUNWUSI
Princess Bimpe Ogunwusi, who oversees the mall’s operations, highlighted the commitment to maintaining high standards in service delivery, security, and infrastructure. The complex is supported by dedicated power systems, including industrial generators and inverters, ensuring uninterrupted operations for businesses and visitors.

Ojaja Mall is also contributing to job creation, with estimates suggesting it has generated between 500 and 1,000 direct and indirect employment opportunities.
Stakeholders say the project reflects a broader vision of leveraging investment to drive economic growth while promoting local industry. Analysts note that such initiatives could serve as a model for wealth creation and sustainable development across Nigeria and the wider African continent.
