Okpebholo Appoints 10 Special Advisers

Edo State Governor, Monday Okpebholo, has appointed ten new officials to advisory positions, including media, tax, and women mobilisation portfolios.

According to a statement issued on Monday by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Ikhilor, the appointments take effect from October 27.

Among those appointed are three women as advisers on Women Mobilisation across the State’s Central, North and South regions.

They include:

Orobosa Omo-Ojo, who was named General Manager, Bendel Newspaper Corporation.

John Inegbedion—Special Adviser on Tax Reforms.

Johnson Adamu—Special Adviser on Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.

Shuaibu Elamah—Special Adviser on Law Reforms

Aminu Imafidor—Special Adviser on Livestock, Aquaculture, and Agro-Processing.

Omorede O.E. Osifo—Special Adviser on Women Mobilisation

Esther O. Eghaghe—Special Adviser on Women Mobilisation (Edo Central).

Vera Omonkhafe Sadoh—Special Adviser on Women Mobilisation (Edo North).

Itohan Osahon—Special Adviser on Women Mobilisation (Edo South).

Anslem Adima—Special Adviser on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.

The appointments, according to the statement, are part of Okpebholo’s ongoing efforts to strengthen governance and enhance service delivery across the state.
