ONC Congratulates Dr. Samuel Ogbuku On Conferment As Paramount Ruler Of Ayakoro Community

Notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress (ONC), has congratulated the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, on his conferment as the Paramount Ruler of Ayakoro Community in Bayelsa State.

 

In a statement signed by the President General of ONC, Amb. Emeni Ibe, the apex socio-cultural organization described the honour as a well-deserved recognition of Dr. Ogbuku’s exceptional leadership, commitment to community development, and contributions to the advancement of the Niger Delta region.

 

According to Amb. Ibe, Dr. Ogbuku has distinguished himself as a visionary leader whose dedication to service, promotion of peace, unity, and sustainable development has earned him widespread admiration across the Niger Delta and beyond.

The ONC noted that under Dr. Ogbuku’s leadership, the NDDC has continued to implement impactful development projects and initiatives that have brought renewed hope to communities across the region, positively affecting the lives of countless people, especially the youth.

The Congress further expressed confidence that his ascension to the revered traditional stool of Ayakoro Community would strengthen efforts toward preserving the community’s cultural heritage, fostering unity among the people, and advancing sustainable growth and prosperity.

“Dr. Samuel Ogbuku’s achievements continue to inspire many across the Niger Delta. His conferment as Paramount Ruler is not only a recognition of his service to Ayakoro Community but also a testament to his unwavering commitment to the development of the region,” the statement read.

On behalf of the Central Working Committee, stakeholders, and members of the Orashi National Congress, Amb. Emeni Ibe prayed for wisdom, strength, good health, and a successful reign for the newly conferred monarch.

The ONC wished His Royal Highness a peaceful, progressive, and impactful reign, while celebrating what it described as a significant milestone in the life of one of the Niger Delta’s most distinguished sons.
