The President General of the Orashi National Congress, ONC, Ambassador Emeni Ibe, JP, AP, has congratulated Lady Mrs. Doris Okoroh on her inauguration as the 7th Provost of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku.
The inauguration ceremony was held on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at the Dr. Bassey Ubong Theatre Hall of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku. The event attracted dignitaries, members of the academic community, traditional leaders, political stakeholders, and other well-wishers.
Amb. Ibe congratulated the newly inaugurated Provost on her assumption of office and expressed confidence in her capacity to provide visionary leadership for the institution.
The ONC President General assured Lady Okoroh of the Congress’ readiness to collaborate with her administration to advance the growth and development of the College.

“We assure the new Provost of our readiness to work closely with her and support initiatives aimed at taking the Federal College of Education (Technical), Omoku, to greater heights,” Amb. Ibe stated.
He further encouraged the Provost to reach out to the Orashi National Congress in areas where support is needed, stressing the Congress’ commitment to the smooth running and continued development of the institution.
“As part of our commitment, we intend to pay a congratulatory visit to the College in the coming days,” he added.

Amb. Ibe wished Lady Mrs. Doris Okoroh a successful tenure and prayed that her administration would bring progress, growth, and development to FCE(T) Omoku and the entire Orashi region.
“Congratulations, Ma. May your tenure be marked by excellence, innovation, and the upliftment of technical education in our region,” the ONC President General said.
