The Member representing Isuikwuato/Umunneochi Federal Constituency, Hon. Amobi Godwin Ogah has commended Governor Alex Otti following the successful reconstruction of the Abia State Lodge in Abuja.
Hon. Ogah described the project as a powerful statement of purpose, identity, and renewed governance.
He said the newly reconstructed lodge reflects quality, taste, and excellence, noting that the edifice goes beyond aesthetics to symbolize a deliberate effort by Governor Otti to redefine how Abia State is perceived nationally and globally.
Speaking on the development, the federal lawmaker commended the Governor for what he described as intentional leadership, stressing that the lodge stands as evidence that the Otti administration is committed to rewriting Abia’s narrative, especially in key national spaces like Abuja.
According to Ogah, the Governor’s attention to detail, choice of design, and overall quality of execution demonstrate a clear departure from the past, reinforcing confidence in Abia as a state ready to compete, attract partnerships, and command respect among its peers.
He further noted that Abia’s image has long suffered from neglect and misrepresentation, but projects such as the Abuja lodge reconstruction signal a new era of pride, responsibility, and purposeful governance.
The lawmaker emphasized that Governor Otti’s mission is not cosmetic governance, but a deeper effort to reposition Abia State as a place of credibility, excellence, and forward-thinking leadership, both within Nigeria and on the global stage.
Hon. Ogah assured the Governor of continued support, describing the reconstruction as a symbol of renewed confidence in Abia State and a clear indication that the administration understands the power of image, infrastructure, and institutional dignity in governance.
