The Pricing of DStv and GOtv Subscriptions Increased Again by Multichoice
Customers were informed by Multichoice Nigeria about the latest price hikes in DStv and GOtv packages through an email on Wednesday.
Effective May 1, 2024, the new prices will be implemented as stated in the notification.
Citing a surge in the cost of business operations, the South African-owned company attributed the recent increment to this factor.
The company expressed understanding of the potential impact on valued customers but emphasized that the rise in business costs necessitated the decision.
Emphasizing their commitment to providing top-notch entertainment and viewing experiences, the company assured customers of consistent delivery of high-quality content and exceptional service.
Details of the new prices for DStv packages include:
– Premium: N37,000
– Compact Plus: N25,000
– Compact: N15,700
– Confam: N9,300
– Yanga: N5,100
– Padi: N3,600
– HDPVR Access Service: N5,000
– Access Fees: 5,000
– XtraView: N5,000
For GOtv packages, the new prices are as follows:
– Supa+: N15,700
– Supa: N9,600
– Max: N7,200
– Jolli: N4,850
– Jinja: N3,300
– Smallie: N1,575
This latest increment follows previous increases in January of this year, as well as in December and November of last year.
