Tragic Incident in Taraba Community as Militias Claim Two Lives
Reports have emerged indicating that two individuals were tragically killed in Gbuo village, at Akate Ward in Donga Local Government Council, Taraba State, on Tuesday as suspected militias carried out a violent attack.
The assailants, as per information received by NewsNow, unleashed chaos in the village by firing shots indiscriminately, resulting in the loss of two lives.
Chief Ugondo Uma, the traditional ruler of the Tiv ethnic group in Donga Council, confirmed the incident on Thursday, labeling it as an unprovoked assault.
