3TI Convener, Babawale Congratulates Hon. Akinjide Akinola On APC Campaign Council Appointment 

The Convener and Lead Resource Person of The Think-Tinubu Initiative, 3TI, Omogbolahan L.A. Babawale, has congratulated Hon. Akinjide Kazeem Akinola on his appointment as Deputy Director, Grassroots Engagement & Mobilisation, APC Presidential Campaign Council.

 

In a congratulatory message on Sunday, August 23, 2026, Babawale described the appointment as a recognition of Hon. Akinola’s commitment, political sagacity and capacity to mobilise people at the grassroots.

Babawale said the new role is a fitting recognition of Hon. Akinola’s years of service and dedication to the party.

“I warmly felicitate with my dear brother, boss and friend, Hon. Akinjide Kazeem Akinola, on your well-deserved appointment as Deputy Director, Grassroots Engagement & Mobilisation, APC Presidential Campaign Council. This appointment is not merely an elevation of status; it is a profound affirmation of your unwavering commitment, political sagacity, organisational dexterity and demonstrable capacity to galvanise people towards a common purpose. It is, indeed, a fitting recognition of a man whose political footprints continue to resonate with uncommon dedication and purposeful engagement,” he stated.

 

The 3TI Convener noted that grassroots mobilisation remains central to building enduring political structures, and expressed confidence in Hon. Akinola’s ability to deliver.

“Your emergence at this strategic level is particularly significant because grassroots mobilisation is the very fulcrum upon which enduring political structures are built. Your wealth of experience, formidable interpersonal disposition and intimate understanding of grassroots dynamics place you in an advantageous position to contribute meaningfully to the architecture of a formidable campaign. Babawale urged the new Deputy Director to deploy tact, resilience and strategic coordination in the assignment.

The assignment demands not merely enthusiasm, but tact, resilience, persuasive communication, coalition-building and an exceptional understanding of the intricate sociology of political mobilisation. He prayed for success in Hon. Akinola’s new role and described the appointment as both an honour and a call to greater service.
